STATISTICAL THERMODYNAMICS OF DICE LATTICE CARRIERS

Abstract

We have developed the retarded and thermodynamic Greene’s functions for Dice Lattice carriers and employed them in the determination of the Dice Lattice statistical thermodynamic functions, including the Helmholtz Free Energy, grand partition function, ordinary partition function, and entropy. These evaluations are carried out for arbitrary temperature and chemical potential, including the degenerate and nondegenerate statistical regimes.
