Life as an early career physicist: from startup to Fortune 500

There are more opportunities than ever for physicists looking to join the private sector. Identifying the right technical fit, company size, and corporate culture is a challenging exercise. In this talk, I'll describe the transition from grad school to industry, how to assess potential job opportunities, and my experiences in companies both large and small. I'll also discuss how a physics degree translates to a uniquely versatile asset in high tech product development.
