Probing exotic phase transitions in bilayer graphene with NEMS resonator
POSTER
Abstract
The recent discovery of spin-polarized superconductivity in Bernal bilayer graphene has piqued interest in exploring exotic phases beyond twisted bilayer graphene.[1] By applying a proper carrier concentration and displacement field, it is possible to increase the density of state by a large amount in Bernal bilayer graphene, leading to observations of superconductivity, isospin magnetism, and quantum cascade of correlated phases.[2] In this study, we describe our efforts to investigate these exotic phase transitions using highly sensitive nano-electromechanical devices.[3]
