Effect of Hydrogen Bonds on Thermomechanical Properties of Polyamide Ionene

ORAL

Abstract

In this study, we use a combination of molecular dynamics simulations and experimental characterization to understand the chemical composition-structure-thermomechanical properties of polyamide ionene, a self-healing elastomer. We specifically examined the role of hydrogen bonds in thermomechanical properties and analyzed their competition with ionic interactions.
