Search for additional signatures of Majorana fermions in semiconductor nanowires coupled to superconductors

I will provide and update on the experiments in InSb nanowires coupled to superconductors. The talk will focus on tunneling experiments and the analysis of zero-bias peaks, induced gaps and methods of the preparation of clean transparent contacts between superconductors and semiconductors. Near term goals include the search for the closing of the topological superconducting gap, correlations between zero-bias features, phase diagrams of the topological states.
