Transient THz-absorption of GeSn films

Abstract
Ge_(1-x)Sn_x films, grown by remote- plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition on sapphire, are excited by near-infrared optical pulses and probed with broadband THz pulses. Charge transport and recombination dynamics are explored.
