Cosmic Horrors Panel with Authors, Physicists, and a Folklorist

In an event inspired by the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, four authors of cosmic horror join two physicists and a folklorist for an imagination-bending panel discussion about the interplay of science in fiction. When you think about it, the disciplines of science and storytelling share many commonalities. Both require imagination, the desire to pry open doors into unexplored spaces—and, in the words of Mary SanGiovanni, the burning pursuit of the question, “What if?”
