Making the Transition from Academic Physics to the Private Sector

The transition from physics in academia to the private sector is one that a significant percentage of physics students will make. In this talk I'll share some of my own experiences making the transition to a private sector software engineering role and some lessons learned along the way. I'll also provide an overview of the digital watermarking technology that I work on in my current role.
