Hidden Sectors and Long-Lived Particle Searches at the LHC

COFFEE_KLATCH · Invited

Abstract

Hidden Sectors are a compelling extension to the Standard Model, and long Lived particles are a common feature of Hidden Sector theories. This talk will review recent results of searches for long-lived particles, focusing on the most recent results. The talk will also briefly touch on future prospects, including new detectors proposed to take advantage of the LHC’s expected 4 ab$^-1$ in High Luminosity LHC expected to start in 2026.
