Measurement of the Branching Fractions for $B^0_s\rightarrow J/\psi\,\phi$ and $B^0_s\rightarrow J/\psi\, K^0_S$ at the $\Upsilon(5S)$ Resonance

Abstract

We measure the branching fractions for $B^0_s\rightarrow J/ \psi\,\phi$ and $B^0_s\rightarrow J/\psi\, K^0_S$ decays using 23.5~fb$^{-1}$ of data collected on the $\Upsilon(5S)$ resonance by the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy $e^+e^-$ collider. The $J/\psi$ candidates are reconstructed from both $e^+e^-$ and $\mu^+\mu^-$ pairs; $\phi$ candidates are reconstructed from $K^+K^-$ pairs; and $K_S^0$ candidates are reconstructed from $\pi^+\pi^-$ pairs.
