Emission Spectroscopy of Rare Gas Plasma

POSTER

Abstract

We report on the emission spectroscopy of rare gas plasma. The spectra were taken using Ocean Optics spectrometer and hollow cathode lamps in the spectral range from 250 nm -- 700 nm. The spectra were analyzed and transition assignments were developed. We formulated data on the widths of line spectra, transition intensities and electron temperature using spectroscopic diagnostic techniques.
