Application of fluorescent ``Quantum Dots" to biological imaging

Abstract

We have carried out tests to obtain reliable fluorescent images in mice with an economical, modified digital imager. Procedures used and images obtained using small dielectric spheres (``qdots''; Quantum Dot Corporation) in both normal and nude mice are described.
