The two-electron molecule ion, H3+, in a magnetic field

ORAL

Abstract

The lowest electronic states of the two-electron molecular system, H3+, in linear parallel configuration in a magnetic field is investigated. Evolution of the ground state with a magnetic field increase is studied and it is shown that the quantum numbers of the state of the lowest total energy ground state depend on the magnetic field strength.
