One equation describes galaxy redshift, the Pioneer Anomaly, and the Pound-Rebka experiment

The Scalar Potential Model (SPM) suggests an equation to describe galaxy redshift that has a higher correlation coefficient than the Hubble Law model. The equation was applied to the Pioneer Anomaly (PA) in 2006. The SPM describes all the anomalies of the PA that no other model does. Data analysis in 2011 confirmed predictions of the equation.
