In this talk, I will describe my experience as a woman and physicist on Wall Street. Why are women the most important factor in unlocking growth and prosperity in the world? What is common to physics and finance? What is different? What are the challenges specific to women either in physics and/or finance? How to use your physics education and make money in markets.
