The CMS Detector Upgrades and Recent Physics Results

While continuing to collect and analyze LHC collision data to probe the predictions of the Standard Model and look for any sign of new physics, the CMS experiment is also undergoing a first sequence of upgrades of its detector, and establishing the design of the future upgrades for the High Luminosity LHC. In this talk, I will give a summary of the ongoing and future CMS upgrades and summarize a selection of recent CMS physics results.
