Low Frequency Plasma Instabilities and Flow

Abstract

We study the effect of low-frequency plasma instabilities in the presence of inhomogeneous plasma flow and the result is applied in to explain various atmospheric and space plasma disturbances and turbulence. Remarkable similarities are discovered.
