Computing the center of mass charge for fixing the PN BMS frame of NR waveforms

ORAL

Abstract

The center of mass charge in an inspiralling binary system undergoes drift and modulation. In this work, we compute the center of mass charge for quasi-circular non-precessing binaries by deriving the post-Newtonian expressions for Weyl scalars, obtained through the Bianchi identities. This Poincare charge will be used in accurately fixing the PN-BMS frame of numerical relativity waveforms.
