Theory of Dynamics of Intrinsically Disordered Proteins in Biomolecular Condensates
ORAL
Abstract
We will present a general theory of dynamics of intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) in biomolecular condensates, by accounting for their sequence, charge decoration, and van der Waals interaction, and self-consistently treating the coupling among conformational entropy of IDPs, electrostatics, and hydrodynamics. Predictions for biomolecular condensates of α-Synuclein will be illustrated.
