DMRadio-50L Calibration

ORAL

Abstract

DMRadio-50L, an experiment currently being commissioned, aims to probe low mass axions using the lumped element technique. Calibration strategies being used in DMRadio-50L include sideband injections, ringdowns, and mimetic loops. These methods are used to characterize readout gain, resonator features, and overall detector response. This talk will discuss the current status and implementation of these strategies in the experiment.

*DMRadio-50L is supported by the Gordon and Betty Moore foundation and the Heising-Simons foundation. Quantum sensing work is supported under the DOE QuantISED program, and further support is provided by DOE and NSF grants to individual institutions.
