DMRadio-50L Commissioning Status

Abstract

DMRadio-50L is an experiment searching for pre-inflationary axions between 20 peV/c2 and 20 neV/c2 (5KHz to 5MHz). In this talk we present results from the commissioning of DMRadio-50L—pertaining in particular to the toroidal magnet, lumped-element resonator, and dc SQUID readout. With system cryogenics in place, we are poised to begin taking data.
