An Update from NASA's Astrophysics Division

ORAL  · Invited

Abstract

NASA’s Astrophysics Division is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of discovery and ensuring that America remains at the forefront of space science.  We study how the universe began and evolved, how it works, and where life might exist beyond Earth.  NASA’s Astrophysics Division established three focused programs that provide an intellectual framework for advancing science and strategic planning:  Physics of the Cosmos (PhysCOS), Cosmic Origins (COR), and Exoplanet Exploration (ExEP). NASA's Physics of the Cosmos (PhysCOS) Program lies at the intersection of physics and astronomy. Its purpose is to explore some of the most fundamental questions regarding the physical forces and laws of the universe.

In this talk, we will present updates from NASA’s Astrophysics Division and opportunities on how to get involved with the PhysCOS Program Analysis Group (PhysPAG).
