Abstract
The Narain Award invited talk will be part of a Division of Particles and Fields (DPF) Prize Session.
This talk will look at lessons learned from advising students in the graduate program at the University of Notre Dame and how those lessons translated into changes in our graduate admissions process to improve the process of admiting students from a variety of backgrounds.
