The Effective Practices for Physics Programs (EP3) Guide is a resource developed by the APS and American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT), featuring effective practices and concrete implementation strategies for strengthening research-based teaching, career preparation, departmental culture and climate, research group practices and management, and leadership skills. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the Guide and reflect on existing resources, data, and their local contexts to develop action plans for improving their own practices and/or advocating for sustainable change.
