This Table Topics session is a small-group, interactive discussion led by Jen Parsons (Project Instructional Designer)and Zack Pruett (Project Lead Instructor) from the APS Science Trust Project. Participants will explore how scientists can build stronger, more trusting relationships with the public by shifting from a mindset of "correcting misinformation" to one of authentic connection. The informal format encourages open dialogue, shared challenges, and real-world examples, leaving participants with concrete tools to strengthen trust in their scientific work.
