PhysTEC at 25 Celebration and Panel Discussion

Join us for an evening of celebrating excellence in physics teacher education! The Physics Teacher Education Coalition (PhysTEC), a joint effort between APS and the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT), has led K-12 physics teacher education efforts for a quarter century. Learn how you can contribute to the future of this movement through preparing future teachers, generating excitement about physics by engaging with local high school teachers, and/or enhancing recruitment of physics majors by advertising the broad range of career options. We will bestow awards and recognition upon physics departments and faculty that have been leaders of physics teacher education over the past 25 years of PhysTEC activities.
