Careers in Research Software Engineering

This session will give an overview of research software engineering as a career path and a look at the professional community of research software engineers, the U.S. Research Software Engineering Association. Presenters will discuss their career paths, the role of a RSE in a research group, and steps to take to prepare for a career as a RSE. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A segment.
