2D weak localization in Pr4Ni3O10

ORAL

Abstract

We investigated the magnetic and electrical properties of single-crystal Pr₄Ni₃O₁₀ nickelate through magnetization and magneto-transport measurements. Our study mainly discusses the emergence of Weak Localization below 25 K. The pronounced negative magnetoresistance at 2 K has been observed and dissipates with increasing temperature. Also, observation of angular dependence of Weak Localization provides direct evidence for the intriguing quasi-two-dimensional nature of electron's conduction in this system. Overall, this work contributes to the better understanding of electrical characteristics of Pr₄Ni₃O₁₀.
