Electronic Phenomena in Graphene-InSe Heterostructures

ORAL

Abstract

Combining graphene in proximity with other 2D materials extends the flexibility of graphene further, allowing for additional unseen electronic phenomena as well as potentially enhanced phenomena native to graphene. In this work we report on transport measurements of graphene-InSe devices made with monolayer and bilayer graphene flakes, and offer explanations of the phenomena through electronic screening, charge transfer, and proximity effects.
