Analytical models for the sun

We investigate analytical models for the sun by fitting the parameters of the models to reproduce the numerical solutions of the hydrostatic equations governing the properties of the sun. The advantage of the analytical models is that they allows a simple description of derived properties such as the neutrino flux.
