Motion of Light on a Rotating Platform

This experiment uses a laser to determine the deflection of light in a rotating frame of reference. Our hypothesis asks what affect does circular motion have on the measured trajectory of photons? Does the trajectory of light measured in a rotating platform differ from that measured in a non-rotating platform? The apparatus design, operation, and measured results are presented.
