Interaction of ZnO With Bacteria

Abstract

We are performing a comparative study of the potential effects of ZnO on biomolecules including various strains of pathogenic bacterial species. It is known that these effects depend on the structure and strength of nanoparticles. We found that this effect is related to the shape and gram-staining properties of bacteria as well.
