Teaching Quantum Information Science in the High School Classroom

The National Quantum Initiative was signed into law in 2019 with the intent of increasing awareness at the K-12 level as to the importance of quantum in technology, national security, and future jobs. The Quantum for All project is focusing on this initiative using a NSF grant to help get quantum information science in the HS curriculum. This session will give an overview of the current progress of the project and how the challenges are being addressed. https://quantumforall.org/
