The Faraday Effect using diverse mediums
ORAL
Abstract
Polarized light is when the electric field of a light source all propagates in one plane. If this polarized light travels through a magnetized medium, it is rotated at a certain angle; this is called the Faraday Effect. The Lambda Scientific © LEAI-22 was purchased and is specifically designed for this experiment, I will qualify this equipment. I will also study the Faraday Effect with respect to a variety of mediums, both liquid and gas.
