Wireless Data Transmission

ORAL

Abstract

A series of different tests will be applied to the product that will revolve around the satisfaction of the client. A transmission test will assure the capabilities of the Xbee Pro 900 XSC S3B and its ability to transmit data wirelessly. The team will become familiar with the software that is needed to program the system. Software familiarization will allow for communication between the transmitter and receiver, which is vital for this testing phase. Different size text files will be sent between the two modules to analyze the quickness of the process and their range of transmission.
