Searching for resonance: Creating and building impactful programs
ORAL · Invited
Abstract
Building impactful programs that advance the people end of the equation in physics is challenging. Many proposals and ideas are well intentioned and will benefit the targeted group, but if we step away, things revert. How then, do we build and manage programs that advance our goals, create significant and enduring change, and leverage available support? This presentation will highlight some of the past successes and failures inherent to finding that sweet spot of impactful change within constraints and look to how we can continue to enact change that helps us advance physics. Your experience, comments, and discussion welcomed!
