Note to the Reader: In the above seminal Kalman's Linear Quadratic Gaussian (LQG) Control paper for the control of discrete-time systems a past-uncertainty/future-certainty time-complementary duality solution popped up made of a Stochastic Kalman Filter (SKF) for past and present state estimations and a Deterministic Control Law (DCL) for future non-quantized control. In 1978 this suprising and strictly optimum LQG control result was viewed by the author as advancing a novel and efficient DCL-SKF Theory that was ruled by a SKF/DCL time-complementary duality that conveyed a hidden Principle of Physics (POP) that could be used to guide in a maximally efficient and affordable way the analysis and design of complex general systems such as those found in Gravitational Physics which in this paper leads to a novel and efficient PUA-PUG Theory that is ruled by a PUG/PUA Time-Complementary Duality.Presenters
